What The Zu Zu, Zhu Zhu Or Zoo Zoo
So what’s in a name? Zhu Zhu, Zu Zu or Zoo Zoo it’s all about the latest craze to hit the shops. Believe it or not all the fuss is about a small furry hamster called either Pipsqueek, Squiggles or Num Nums.
Parents now have another reason to feel stressed this Christmas (as if we didn’t have enough already) and that’s how to get our hands on this damn rodent. Trust me elusive isn’t the word for it no sooner than you think you’ve found one when you actually arrive at the store they’re sold out! Grrrrr.
I wouldn’t mind but for nearly $50 you don’t appear to get very much for your money and I’m sure most children will soon get bored with this beast and not get a great deal of playtime out of it. Still if logic ruled what children desired at Christmas although it would make life easier for us where would be the fun?
Nothing is quite like the look in a child’s eyes as they see the object of their desire unfold in front of them as they rip off the Christmas paper. It almost makes all the queuing, pushing, biting and waiting worthwhile.
